Extremely quick, professional, and very reasonably priced.  I filled out the online request form on their website, and received a phone call in just a few minutes.  This was late in the afternoon on a Monday, and they were able to schedule a pickup at 9:00 the next morning.  The 2 guys that came to pick up the furniture were friendly and professional.
