Valet trash service is a convenient waste collection solution where our team collects your trash directly from your doorstep. You simply place your bagged and tied trash outside your door, and we'll take care of the rest. Currently, we only partner with apartments and do not provide single-family household collection.
Yes, there are guidelines for preparing your trash for collection. Please see your community collection guide for more details. If you need a new guide, send us a message at support@gobluetitan.com. Be sure to include the name of your community and we will send one to you via email.
Our valet trash service is designed for regular household waste, such as kitchen scraps, non-recyclable materials, and general trash. All items must be bagged (no loose trash or recyclables) and bags must be tied. Please refer to your community collection guide for more details.
The collection time for your property has been set by the property manager. Most communities start collection at 7 pm. You can place your bin outside your front door or in the designated collection area by 6 pm on each service night. Remember to return your bin inside your home by 9 am the next morning to prevent fines from the property management team.
Recycling availability varies by community. Please refer to your community collection guide or reach out to your property manager to determine if recycling collection is part of Valet Trash Services at your community. Due to local laws and regulations in North Carolina, all waste or recyclables (including boxes) must be contained within your fire-retardant container.
If you missed placing your trash bag out for collection, don't worry. You can still dispose of your trash using the regular community dumpsters or compactors. Just remember to put out your bag on the next scheduled collection day.
Furniture or Appliance removal is not included in your Valet Trash services. However, you may contact us directly for Junk Removal services. We are affordable and you can easily book us here.
If you encounter any issues with our valet trash service, such as missed collections, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@gobluetitan.com. We strive to collect from each door each evening. We're here to ensure your experience is seamless and satisfactory.
If you've received a Trash Violation Notice, it means our trash collector has identified a violation of one of our service rules. Please review the information marked on the card for reference. If you have any questions or require clarification, don't hesitate to contact us at support@gobluetitan.com.
If this is your first time encountering a violation, it's unlikely that your property management team will impose a fine. However, if you've received a previous notice, we kindly suggest reaching out to your property manager to discuss the next course of action. Feel free to connect with them for further guidance.
